Building Services

When the time approaches for the builders work, we will already have agreed, and furnished our client with a programme of works, the scheme will then be allocated to a site team who will stay with the project through to completion, you will receive regular updates regarding progress via email as well as regular progress meetings to keep our client informed of all things relevant.  Once complete, the project will be inspected with our client , we will then produce a programmed schedule to address any concerns our client may have, only when the works are snag free will we request the final payment.
