DANA AXLE EUROPE LTD
A good example of the malleable nature of Ashchurch would be the strip out and refurbishment scheme for Dana Axle Europe Ltd ( formerly GKN Axles) at their Witton East Facility in Birmingham. The client relocated their heat treatment facility to South America,  as part of the relocation they such required the factory to be stripped out of all of the heat treatment Furnaces and shot blasting equipment, we won the tender process to remove all of the machinery to include replacing the asbestos roofs, painting the factory and overlaying the concrete floors with a resin screed, all delivered on time whilst working closely with the logistical department to ensure the continued productivity in the main factory works, photographs of this scheme can be seen in our gallery section.

Dana Axle Europe
As part of their ongoing maintenance schedule, Ashchurch have completed over 4000m2 of roofing schemes to the Witton East Facility using a Sika Sarnafil Membrane System. This has provided Dana with insurance backed guarantees for 20 years on the roofs completed to date with a BBA certificate on this roofing product of over 40 years.

OMRON LTD
Office refurbishment is a discipline in which we excel, Omron Ltd , the specialist automotive technology company recently vacated their premises at Pensnett Trading estate in the West Midlands, Ashchurch were succeful in the tender process to rebuild the factory offices as part of the dilapidations scheme. Working to a tight programme we completed the new build offices to include a high standard of specification to the internal finishes. Completion of the works on time with no remedial works made for a very good scheme.

Cinderella Works , Worcester
Ashchurch specialist services excel in Facade retention and structural alterations. A good example of the works we undertake would be the Cinderella Shoe Works , as part of the ongoing residential development, Barret homes will be converting the old factory into apartments, built in 1914 , the facade was given listed status and as such required propping whilst the demolition / construction works were on going. Ashchurch secured the contract for the installation of the propping scheme.

Esprit Uk Ltd, Nationwide
Prestigious Interior fit out company Esprit Uk Ltd, enjoy relationships with many Blue chip clients such as Apple, Barclays & Tiffany to name but a few, as part of their supply chain we have carried out building and structural alterations to over 100 projects across the United Kingdom . Due to the nature of the clients business, all Barclays and Apple works are out of hours which once again illustrates the user friendly service we provide our clients.

Esprit Uk Ltd Barclays
Esprit Uk Ltd are currently undertaking refresher schemes to over 40 Barclays Bank Branches across the Uk with an addition roll out due to commence in early 2012 to include a number of flagship fit out schemes. As part of the Barclays project high level security clearance is a prerequisite which we have been passed to work on this scheme. The main thrust of our works have been roofing schemes and structural alterations.

Armoury Demolition Group Ltd
Armoury were awarded the contract to demolish the old Wolsey Mill clothing factory in Leicester, this building like the Cinderella works was given listed status to the facade. Ashchurch were awarded the contract to install the facade retention scheme which proved to be logistically challenging due to the facade retention being placed on the highway. At over 20 meters high the propping comprised of three separate towers with over 800 tons of ballast to the base. Completed on time and under budget, this scheme won praise from the developer and local authority for both the unobtrusive and speedy installation.
