Our clients requirements and budgets will always dictate the system, however the majority of Industrial roofs we refurbish are done so utilising composite panel systems, this is also the case in most cladding contracts owing to the insulative qualities. In respect of flat roofing systems we advise recommend the use of the Sika Sarnafil stystem, whilst there is a small premium to pay over traditional built up felt systems, the sika system can offer insurance backed guarantees for up to 20 years.
